FAQs

What is The Influencer Hub?

The INfluencer Hub is a new and interactive online space for you to share your views and feedback with us and engage with your community and fellow customers. The INfluencer Hub will be used to gather feedback, views and opinions which will all be used to help shape services and form a key part of the decision-making process.

Why take part?

We want to hear from you! The INfluencer Hub gives you the opportunity to share your views on services and issues that are important to you, all from the comfort of your home.

How do I get involved?

Each project on The INfluencer Hub will have different ways you can engage. You’ll be able to submit your feedback using online discussion forums, interactive maps, quick polls, and surveys. And keep your eye out for photo competitions, too!

How do I register?

Click the ‘Register’ button on the homepage then sign up in five easy steps!

  1. Choose a screen name (comments on public facing tools will display your screen name)
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Choose a password
  4. Enter your postcode, first and last name
  5. Select your housing association

You’ll then receive an email to validate your email address. Once you’ve done this, you can return to the website, sign in and get started!

Why do I need to register?

We ask you to register for a few reasons:

It helps us make sure people follow our guidelines, making it a safe, constructive environment for everyone.
It encourages people to give more thoughtful responses because feedback can be attributed to them.
It means we can get back to you if something changes about the project. Plus, we can communicate with you about other engagement opportunities, events and initiatives.

Do I have to be a Newtide Homes, Victory Homes or Samphire Homes tenant to participate?

Yes, the content on The INfluencer Hub will be created for the people and families living in our homes – this ensures all feedback we receive is a true reflection of how you, the people using our services, feel. Your access may be disabled if you are not living in one of our homes.

Can I use The INfluencer Hub anonymously?

You must register to participate on The INfluencer Hub. Once registered, your comments on public facing tools will display your chosen screen name only.

How can I participate if I don’t register?

If you don’t want to register for The INfluencer Hub, you can still send us feedback via our ‘Leave us your feedback’ webforms which can be found on our Get Involved website page.

What happens to my feedback/comments?

Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams and senior managers, and will help shape services and will form a key part of the decision-making process. We'll take your views into the heart of our organisation.

Feedback provided via The INfluencer Hub may be used in collaboration with other digital or in-person activities like pop-up events, workshops and other similar activities.

Is my feedback moderated?

All discussion forums, guest books and questions and answers are moderated 24/7 for inappropriate language, comments that disrespect other participants and for comments that are off topic.

All moderation is carried out by Granicus, the providers of EngagementHQ which is the platform behind The INfluencer Hub. Moderators do not edit or alter any comments and will only remove comments deemed to be significantly off topic, offensive or malicious, in which case they are removed from the site immediately and the person who posted the comment is advised by email.

Our staff will always be kind, courteous and respectful to you, and they deserve the same in return. We take a zero-tolerance approach to anyone who uses abusive or hateful language to our staff. Please refer the Moderation Policy
