As part of the project to introduce WhatsApp as a new channel for tenant communication, we asked Tenant INfluencers if they would help us test the functionality.
Six Group Influencers took part in the user testing. Over two days, the team carried out various tests of different scenarios. The testing was highly successful, and all the testers agreed that the functionality worked well.
The testing helped us identify some improvements we could make to the wording and the experience ahead of launching WhatsApp for our customers.
