At the beginning of this year, we launched our Customer INfluencer Network; a new opportunity designed to create one inclusive and INvolved tenant community. It is designed to give all tenants the chance to have their voice heard and has three simple levels to get involved; Personal, Local and Group.
TheINfluencer Hub supports that goal by:
Providing an interactive space for customers to provide feedback
Offering a range of diverse, inclusive and exciting ways to engage such as surveys, forums, polls and more
Empowering customers to make a difference from the comfort of home
Giving customers an opportunity to collaborate with their community and share their views
Supporting activities in our neighbourhoods such as local pop-up events, community door-knocks and quarterly Group INfluencer events, co-creation sessions and scrutiny meetings
Providing more opportunities to hear the customer voice, and help us understand what matters most in their community
Featuring updates about improvements that have been implemented as a result of feedback so tenants can see the value of their input
Using geographic data to highlight areas in need of more engagement activity, to achieve a balanced representation of our tenant base
Are you interested in becoming a Group INfluencer?
Getting involved is a win-win for everyone! You develop new skills and get the chance to say what’s on your mind while helping us understand what’s important to you and your community.

"The reason I became an INfluencer is that I am able to help shape the way things are done. Give a tenants perspective on how we receive the services, from the call operative right through to the person that walks through the door. It’s great to be involved."
"I applied to be an INfluencer because I think the input tenants can make is important and can change the way management see things from a tenants point of view."

Personal INfluencer
Just by being a tenant, speaking to our staff and filling out the occasional feedback request, you’re already influencing the way we shape our service. You have first-hand experience of our services and know what we’re doing well, and what we could do better. In fact, you could say you know us better than anyone else! We welcome your feedback on the good, the bad and everything in between.
Local INfluencer
You make your involvement local and want to have your say on behalf of your neighbourhood. Look out for local events when they pop up and take part in our surveys and feedback requests on local and community topics.
The views you share with us will help shape your neighbourhood and the wider community.
Group INfluencer
This is the top-level INfluencer! You do everything in Level One and Two, and you’ve decided you really want to get stuck in. You’ll be invited to join us and your fellow INfluencers at exclusive Group INfluencer events and will be invited to take part in lots influencing opportunities like our Quarterly INfluencer days, scrutiny groups, review panels and co-creation sessions. We'll take your views into the heart of our organisation.
